Shipping & Returns
When you buy a product from CVF Offroad, we guarantee the absolute best service available in the industry today and that starts with our shipping process. CVF delivers all of our products directly to your home, no need to deal with the hassle of driving to a freight warehouse to pickup your product.
Standard Ground Shipping:
Looking for just LED lights? Maybe a winch? We can ship that. All ground orders ship free over $199. Any orders under $199 will have a flat shipping fee of $9.85. All items that ship ground leave our warehouse in Minnesota via Fedex, UPS, or the United States Postal Service within 2 business days barring any unforeseen circumstances. All ground shipments are able to ship internationally, but are not included in CVF's free shipping options. Cost will be calculated at checkout for your exact location. Customs and import fees are not included in this charge and vary based on the country importing the item.
All bumpers ship out of our Minnesota Warehouse via LTL for a flat fee of $249. Getting a complete bumper package (front and rear) will upgrade your order to free LTL shipping! Please note that LTL shipping is only available for domestic orders in the contiguous 48 states at this time. All international orders will need to be scheduled and shipped to a freight forwarder provided by the customer.
What does the LTL shipping fee cover?
All CVF bumpers are secured on a large pallet and ship directly to your front door. Rest assured no corners have been cut here. All LTL shipments include a liftgate service and placement of delivery in the most secure location available. We don't have a forklift at our homes so we don't expect you to either.

CVF does not cover return shipping for items being returned due to buyer's remorse, a change of heart or incorrect ordering. If you need help getting a LTL shipment scheduled, please reach out and we would be happy to schedule it for you.
All items being returned MUST be in like new condition and show no signs of use. Items returned in less than new condition will be subject to a restocking fee of no less than 30%, Items that are returned in non-salvageable condition may be subject to a denial of refund.
Damaged LTL Shipments:
If an LTL shipment were to arrive in damaged condition, CVF will require photos of the damaged shipment within 2 business days of the delivery of product. Claims can be sent to email@example.com.
